Gather Rnd is for your circle: the people you plan with and lean on. Bring your calendars into one week, ask for a hand when you need one, and meet once a week to look back and plan what’s next.

A circle is whoever plans together

A circle doesn’t need a shared last name or a shared address. It’s any group of people who plan together and help each other out, and you describe yours in your own words. Each circle picks a crest, its own mark in the app.

A circle is small on purpose: about as many people as fit around one table, so everyone knows everyone. You can belong to more than one.

    Practices, dinners, and whose turn it is to walk the dog.

  • A carpool

    Who’s driving which day, and who needs a lift.

  • A team’s sideline

    Snacks, lifts to the game, and what happens after.

  • Neighbors

    Packages, pets, and a ladder to borrow.

  • Roommates

    Bins, groceries, and who’s around this weekend.

  • A babysitting swap

    Trading evenings so everyone gets a night off.

How it works

Three simple habits, shared by everyone in the circle.

  1. A phone showing Thursday in a circle’s week: an orchestra rehearsal for Jules, and a Spanish quiz and dinner together for everyone.

    One week, together

    Add the calendars you already keep, from school, work or anywhere else that shares a calendar link. Two calendars or nine, everyone in the circle sees the same week.

    Asks

    Need a lift, a hand, or a favour? Post an ask to the whole circle, to a few people, or to just one. Nothing is on anyone’s plate until they say yes and take it on.

    Once a week, sit down together. Look back at what got done and what didn’t happen, then shape the week ahead. Nobody is ranked against anybody else.

What Gather Rnd won’t do

A circle runs on trust, so a few things are off the table for good.

  • It never sends a message in your name

    Gather Rnd can write a message for your group chat and address it. You are always the one who taps Send.

  • It never asks for your phone number

    You sign in with Apple or with your email. The numbers in your group chat stay on your phone and never reach us.

  • No ads, and your information is never sold

    We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers, in the app or on this website. The app does report crashes, so we can fix them. The privacy policy lists exactly what is sent.

Everyone gets a seat at the table

Each member makes their own character, and the circle chooses its crest. Your circle is right there at the top of the app, with you beside it.

This is Gather Rnd on Apple TV: the circle’s week on the wall, with everyone at the table. You don’t need a TV to use Gather Rnd.

Request an invite

Gather Rnd is invite only. For now it installs through TestFlight, Apple’s app for installing apps by invitation.

Create your Gather Rnd account here to ask for a place. We read every request ourselves. Once yours is approved, Apple emails you a TestFlight invitation, and you sign in to the app with this same account.
